Spotify web player login
Spotify is undoubtedly the most important music streaming service that exists today. This is demonstrated by the amount of users that the service has but not only that, but also the huge amount of websites and platforms that integrate the service. This is also due to the Web version of Spotify that will allow us to play songs or playlists published in direct links.
And yes friends, the service also allows us to share songs, albums and playlists in the form of links that can be sent directly or posted on any website including social networks. This way if any user clicks on it to play them, the Spotify Web service will automatically open in our browser. However, many users who have the desktop version, would prefer that the song or list opens in their official Spotify program.
Among all the available options, we should activate the one that says: Listen to open.spotify.com URLs in the desktop app. You will have to click on it in order to activate it.
The use of this is identical to the traditional app and as you can see its use is really simple. For it to work perfectly we need to identify ourselves before with our usual user, so the following times we click the icon in Chrome will instantly open the Spotify player. As we say, this is an extension that is able to offer an app experience to the web version of Spotify, with all the advantages that this entails. The first of them is not having to install the app on your computer and still enjoy Spotify on a regular basis. In the attached screenshot you can see how Spotify is displayed in Chrome with this extension.
If you want to close all your open Spotify sessions at once, maybe you don’t remember on which devices you left it open or you have lost or stolen your phone and someone may be using your account without you knowing it, just follow these steps:

We are going to explain how to install the Spotify website as a PWA app on your computer. Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a method by which even if your PC does not have a specific app available for a service, you can make its web page behave like one. To do this you will need a browser that supports this technology. We are going to use Chrome but you have others like Firefox or Edge also support them.
The process of installing the Spotify web as a PWA or progressive web is extremely simple. First you have to enter the web player at open.spotify.com and log in. Once you do that, click on the Install app option that you will see in the left column. This button will always appear just above your profile name, so although it seems to be pretty much in the middle of the column now, if you maximize it, it might be at the bottom left.
When you click on the button, a window will open in which Chrome asks you if you want to install the application. In this dialog, click on the Install button that appears in blue, and the web will be installed as if it were a conventional application.
